I saw many replies where I got it which said it works on both also win7 64 bits

If you have problems than an older registry version is still inside Download Office 2010 Toolkit (2.0 beta). run it and it should say There is no microsoft office 2010 installed. Then install Office 2010, it will still give you only updates (it did for me). Run Toolkit again, under activation tools tab click "activate" then let it do its thing, and bingo. Your activated!
